Trading Assistant

MyAuctionEmpires.com is your local eBay trading assistant in Lichfield, Handsacre, Armitage Rugeley and all the villages in between. We take all the pain and hassle out of an auction - (Not that there is any).

 

 All you need do is drop off the item/s you wish to sell on ebay, or we can pick up your items (but please ring us first).

 

We will professionally photograph your item/s, do the research  so that we can get the best price for you, write a detailed description, post it on eBay, and take care of customer questions, payments, packaging and posting. Once the sale is done and the customer has paid the item and is happy with it, we will send you your money via PayPal or Cheque.

 

How We Work

for a free market appraisal of your item - we will conduct some online research to help estimate its value and call you back. (There is no cost for this service)

 

Then simply drop your item off to us that you’d like us to sell on ebay for you. During the check-in process we will work with you to capture any history of the item that would help it sell.

 

At this point we need you to fill out some simple paperwork saying that you are the ownee of the item and that you are allowed to sell it. This covers both of us.

 

Once you’re checked in, we place the stuff in our store inventory and hand you a receipt. Then we get to work, photographing and listing your item on eBay (normally within 3 to 5 days).

 

 After your item sells, we collect payment via PayPal or Chque and post your items to the winning bidder. Once the transaction is completed, we send you a cheque or PayPal payment. Or, if you prefer, we can send the proceeds to your favourite charity (payment is posted within 7 days after receiving cleared funds from the buyer).

 

MyAuctionEmpires.com charge a modest fee of each item is 30% of the final sales price.

 

What services does our fee cover?

eBay market appraisal of item(s) prior to auction

Packing materials (boxes, tape, bubble wrap) 
Item packaging (boxing) and shipping (post office) services 
Postal charges
 Banking services (buyer deposits and seller payments) 
Email communication with potential buyers (answering questions about item) 
Financial transaction with buyer (collections, etc.) 
Follow up with buyer 
Regular communication with seller (original consultation, auction status) 
Print out of all final auction transactions

 

What our service does not include:

 

Any Extra fees such as featured listings, extra headings, extra sections, if you require these or it would help you get a higher price for your item we will inform you of this and the extra costs (These will be at the eBay price we do not add anything on)
