Those Little Jobs

One of the things that make me sad and cross at the same time, is the little jobs that people put off, day after day, and then suddenly those small jobs become major jobs, that take hours or days to sort out, and they take you away from the main focus of your business.

So how do you get the time to do these little jobs on a regular basis and never let them grow to a large jobs and mess up our eBay and other businesses? Well the simple answer is just do the small and little jobs on a daily basis, yes they may be boring, but just them. Well like I said that was the simple way, but I am going to show you away that have helped the different clients that I have helped over the years.

@ Step 1 – Make a list of all those little jobs that need to be done on a regular basis.

@ Step 2 – Open Google Calender, or OutLook Calender (But I do recomend Google as it can be accessed from all over the place)

@ Step 3 – I would like you to block out 15 minutes everyday on your calender, it can be anytime during the day, you just need to block out the 15 minutes.

@ Step 4 – Now each day where you have blocked out the time, fill it on with the jobs. For example Monday could be delete emails from spam folder, Tuesday submit links to search engines and so on. All these take 10-15 minutes and by making time in your week, you will get the jobs done and your business will grow. And the days of those little jobs will soon go.
