Even More Areas To Product Source

Just when you thought the idea of finding another area to go and find hundreds of new products was long gone, I have found you another great place………. This place you can buy at below wholesale, and in most cases you can name the price and the sellers will just take your money, and give you the goods.

And before you start to wonder yes it is all legal and above board.

The Product Source area I am talking of is Bankrupt Stock or as it sometimes called liquidation stock.

When a business fails the banks call in the administrators these people are normally firms of accountants and their task is to sell the items of the business as best and as fast as they can to bring in some cash for the bank.

Of course the items up for sale will differ from sale to sale and business to business. For instance if it is a hotel you will be able to buy catering items, bed linen, tables , chairs etc etc at very cheap prices.

But if the item is a shop then all the stock, fixtures and fittings must go, and these are sold at auction at next to nothing. Sometimes they are sold at an auction house other times at the business.
I saw this first hand the other week when a local business went broke and everthing was sold off at the shop. I walked away with 6 ski jackets worth £120.00 each and I paid £60.00 for the lot. Yes the lot. Now you can see the profits.

There are two ways of buying these items the 1st is at auction. Go to Google and do a search for auction houses in your area. Email them, write or phone them and ask do they deal with bankrupt stock, if they do can they add you to their database and let you know when the next sale is and what they are selling.

Or another way is to contact your local accoutants and ask them the same question do they deal with bankrupt businesses and if so can they tell you where they sell the items. Sometimes you might get a phone call from them saying hey we have just gone into a shop and would you like to come and have 1st pick. Just go and name a price (what you can afford and make a profit with) and quite often they will say deal.

Happy eBaying
