In this short article I want to show you how to use completed items, to make sure the items you are about to list will sell and also it allows you to keep a check on the prices an item will go for. The best way to get to the completed item section is to go to the home page and look for the big search box. Now scan your eyes to the right and you will see the word Advanced search. Click on this.
Once you have done this a new window will pop open and you will need to type in the keyword you want to search for. Next scroll down a bit and you will see a check box that says completed items only, check this and hit return. Yes it is that simple and you have just learnt how to use the completed items section of eBay.
When the search is complete you will see a new window with a list of products. Towards the top of the list on the right you will see a drop down menu that lets you sort, the best one is to to pick sort highest price. When you do this eBay will give you all the completed listings from high to low. You will notice that some are red and some green. The red means they did not sell and the green they sold.
Now you can do your research and see what the going prices are and also see the sales pages for those that sold and did not sell. I hope this has helped you see How To Use Completed Items.
Happy Selling
