Today was the start of our Music Festival in Lichfield. Well to be honest it is a world Famous International Music and Arts Festival and people come from all over the world to watch and take part.

Part of the Festival is that on the 1st Saturday they have a Medieval Market – here they have things for the children such as Jousting, Knights, a Ducking Stall and loads of fun and games.

Then for the adults they have a Market where people come from far and wide as well as local to display and hopefully sell their products -most of these are home-made.

Now normally I just go and have a look, but this year I went with a purpose and a goal. This purpose was to talk with and meet some sellers to explain my eBay services.

At the end of the afternoon, I had chatted with 12 people, exchanged cards with 10 of them, and got 3 appointments to follow up on how I can help them get a presence on eBay.

The cost a few hours, the time nothing as I was doing something I would normally do, and the rewards well I hope good. But if not I was able to practice my talking skills.
